These terms govern your use of the Dorling Institute website and the DMTQ30 Mental Toughness assessment. By using the site you agree to them.
The assessment
The DMTQ30 is a research-informed self-report questionnaire for personal and professional development. It is not a clinical or diagnostic tool and should not replace advice from a qualified health professional.
Paid reports and sessions
Full reports are generated from your responses and delivered digitally. Debrief sessions are booked directly with Jennifer Dorling after purchase. Prices are shown at checkout.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your report, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request.
Intellectual property
The DMTQ30 questionnaire, scoring, reports and site content belong to the Dorling Institute. You may keep and share your own report for personal use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Dorling Institute is not liable for decisions made on the basis of assessment results.
